Join us for our farm to table dinner series, where delicious food from surrounding local farms and producers will be artfully prepared for you in a unique location, highlighting our wonderful local food culture.

Each dinner is a culinary experience connecting people to food and community, pairing what is in season and ripe with local beers and organic wines.

COOKING STUDIO

Enjoy a truly unique cook & dine experience with family, friends or colleagues in one of our cooking ateliers. Get introduced to local produce and pick up some new skills in no time. You’ll go shopping with the chef at the local farmer’s market, cook together and enjoy a group supper savouring your creations at the end of the class. An ideal group activity and incentive.

GUEST CHEF SERIES

Two chefs, two styles, one menu. Each dinner features a chef that Anthony highly respects and always wanted to work with. For us it is a way to learn and to progress. For you an opportunity to see local produce in a new light, to experience a unique cuisine for that one evening.

TALOA TUESDAYS @ LA RUCHE

As a tribute to our Beach House « Tacos Tuesdays » tradition, we decided to turn them into « Taloa Tuesdays » at La Ruche Moderne.
The Taloa, a Taco like shell made of local corn is the base for our local “street food”. The formula doesn’t change though. Traditional shell with fusion cuisine fillings from local produce and a little kick from abroad.
To start with every first Tuesday of the month starting March 2019.
And yes, we still serve the best frozen Margarita’s made with artisanal Tequila.

Our brand new culinary lab @ La Ruche Moderne in Anglet is a stunning state of the art open plan kitchen in a unique industrial surrounding where craft meets design. The perfect venue, built to host and cater for any kind of corporate and private event.

For your tailor-made event, the ZAZPIAK team applies all its know-how and offers you bespoke packages ranging from simple cocktail receptions to gastronomic dinner parties, including breakfasts/brunch and lunches.

With its window on the Ruche Moderne’s warehouse space, you can see the kitchen team preparing everything for your event and you can also join the team in the laboratory for a private cooking atelier or during private tastings.
